Memory Boost with Yoga !!!

"Sorry I am bad with names !" Have you also been embarrassed by your inability to remember simple things and resort to excuses such as this?
Multi-tasking is very good but even if you open too many windows on your computer, it tends to slow down! Similarly, in our daily activities , it is always advisable to focus on one thing at a time and do it well , rather than work on 20 tasks and finish none.
What most people term 'memory loss' is nothing but mental fatigue or lack of interest in assigned tasks.In simple words ,their brains simply don't register things.When asked to recall they are unable to recollect the important facts.This get them worried that their memory is going for a toss or they are overworked. Practise these simple exercises once a day to give your memory a real boost.
So,in places where science bows down to nature , Yoga takes a lead. There are number of Yoga asanas where one can easily boost its memory power and improve its health.
Asanas like KAPALBHATI KRIYA , UTTANPADASANA , ANULOM-VILOM PRANAYAM AND DEEP BREATHING can help us in remembering things much better.

Bro i think ur suffering with some kind of sort term memory lose... better meet a doctor for that, rather writing here and finding out the solutions.......... people are turning idiots these days.

i have memory problems too. it's 50% natural and 50% because of stresses.. but i do yoga, and looks like i need much of it.. jaja
