Infact there are many forthcoming movies from both the industries...But I would just like to drag some attention over these two movies as they are unique in its own way.

  1. Burn After Reading.
Brad Pitt is back with his ever growing good looks.And guess who is he co-starring with ....The all time finest actor George Clooney. But its not the Oceans series this time.Though this movie wil take some time to release in India , its already released in U.S and U.K.
Other actors are : Frances McDormand , Tilda Swinton and John Malkovich.

This movie is inspired from the most famous Indian novel - One night at the call centre
The movie really looks nice and seems to bring many good actors together.
Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif give the special appearance,  where Salman plays the novel writer- Chetan Bhagat and Katrina plays the role of a --- well , can't reveal the suspense :D 

Star Cast : Sohail Khan,Sharman Joshi,Isha Kopikkar,Gul Panag,Amrita Arora and Arbaaz Khan
Movie is releasing in 2nd week of October in India.

Like watching your child or small kids eating?
Ever wondered why parents or generally anyone would want small children or kids ,I would say , eating a lot.Yeah! to help them stay healthy.
But here is a contradiction to this parental love !!!
Overweight children and teenagers may be at elevated risk of developing chronic headaches , a new study says.The good news in other way is that , weight loss in turn can cut headache frequency.
Too much of eating triggers headaches which can in turn affect the health of a child.Thus, doctors recommend eating limited food which will help children stay healthier and free of headaches.

Taming the Education "System"



Do we need an Education System? This is a question that lingers in every one's mind.
Education is a medium that enables students to have a broader outlook on life.Also, it helps in excelling in various fields-be it medicine or the fine arts.Well, also engineering of course :D .
Today's Generation will never grow intellectually by rote learning without really understanding certain concepts.So, what kind of education does the present-day student need ?
The most-wanted education system is one that relates to our everyday life.Learning should be fun and this is possible only if our education system leaves room for plays ,quizzes,debates and other interactive activities that encourages students to portray their innovative ideas and bring out their hidden talents.
So in short , I would say that a good education system is one that is an amalgam of two major ingredients - theory and practical knowledge.

Keep Low on Salt !


Your food tastes horrible without salt.It is an important part of your diet.
Well, the truth is our body needs Sodium to help us regulate blood pressure and blood volume.It also assists in keeping our muscles and nerves in top shape.But one needs to understand that in all things,moderation is the ultimate key.
Take salt with correct quantity and you will live a happy life ever after. :D . Just kidding guys.
Salt intake affects our health a lot.Too much of salt could lead to high blood pressure,heart disease and heart attacks as the Sodium will thicken our blood.It can also be a cause for obesity as it retains water and thus weighs heavy.It's not the fat that is causing obesity.Most of the time its the sodium.
Now, the next time you want to add some extra taste to your food, watch out, salt is a bad option :)

U.S Open Finale !!!


It's the final of U.S Open today and I am really excited as the legend Roger Federer is going to take on the hard working Andy Murray.

It's the fifth consecutive U.S Open final for Federer and I am sure he is not going to let it go easily.Murray is in his first ever U.S Open final and he will be looking forward to make it a memorable one.

Federer has not won a single Grand Slam in this year and he will surely try holding this Cup.Winning this title might bring him back to world no 1 position which was taken away by Nadal a few weeks ago.

So, today is going to be a historic match where both Federer and Murray will take on each other at Arthur Ashe Stadium.A clash of Titans could be said for this match and surely its going to be very exciting watching both the players fighting for the last Grand Slam title of the year.

I support Federer and am waiting to see him top the rankings once again !!!

Fuelling the Right Way !!!


Petrol prices are sky high and everyone is looking for an alternative.Buying electric vehicles is not a complete solution because you cannot drive or ride at your freaking out speed.

Also these electric vehicles are risky to take for long distance travels.What if you get stuck without battery charge on a deserted forest area.Surely the sound of haunting animals and other creatures would not charge your battery.

So here is a better way of continuing with the petrol runned vehicles and yet save a lot of money.

  1. Buy or fill petrol in your vehicles only in the early mornings. At this time , the temperature of the fuel is cold and hence the fuel is denser.Later in the day , as the temperature rises, the fuel becomes less denser and expands.Hence your litre is not exactly a litre.

  2. While filling up the tank, do not squeeze the nozzle at the maximum level.By keeping the speed at the maximum , petrol vapours are developed and hence produces less fuel compared to the one shown in the fuel meter.Fill the tank with a slow flow rate.

  3. Filling up the tank completely when its half empty saves a lot of money.It is quite true because the more empty space in the tank leads to more air filling up the space and thereby reducing the fuel evaporation.

Hence, these three important tips will help you in fetching more value for your money.Remember, petrol rates are reaching sky high and following proper methods to save fuel will indirectly help in protecting our earth.

Trans Fats = Colon Cancer !!!

Use of trans fats is linked to colon cancer risk !!!
Yes its true.A high intake of trans fats could increase colon cancer risk.This has been proved in a new research published in the American journal of Epidemiology.

Okay, lets not get too much into the technical jargon field.Its simple, people who ate the most trans fatty acids were more likely to have pre-cancerous growths or polyps in their colons than those who consumed the least.

The research involved 622 people who had colonoscopies in 2001 and 2002.Study participants were interviewed about their diet and other health issues within 12 weeks of having the screening test.People who took 6.54 grams daily,were 86% more likely to have colon polyps than those whose median intake was 3.63 g.

So the next time you go to Mc Donald's or KFC, think twice while ordering your favourite Fries or nuggets !!!
